2.2 Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

2.3 All artworks are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend listings at any time.

3. Pricing & GST

3.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.2 Prices include GST where applicable.

3.3 Shipping, insurance, and framing (if applicable) are listed separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

4.2 Accepted payment methods are listed on the Website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

4.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

5.3 Risk passes to the purchaser upon dispatch.

5.4 Shipping insurance is recommended and may be offered at checkout.

5.5 The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Change of Mind

We are not required to provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, returns may be accepted at our discretion within 7 days of delivery if:

The artwork is returned in original condition;

The buyer covers return shipping and insurance.

6.2 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

You are entitled to repair or replacement for minor faults.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.

7. Ownership & Title

7.1 Legal title of the physical artwork transfers to the purchaser only after full payment has been received.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

8.1 Copyright remains with the Artist under the Copyright Act 1968.

8.2 Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

8.3 The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

8.4 The Artist retains the right to use images of the artwork for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. The Artist is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
