1. Overview
We offer flexible payment plans to assist collectors in purchasing original artworks.
Payment plans are available on selected artworks unless otherwise stated.
Approval of a payment plan is at our discretion.

2. Eligibility
Payment plans are available for:
Original artworks
Selected limited edition works (if applicable)
Payment plans are not available for:
Commission deposits
Custom framing (unless agreed)
Shipping costs (unless agreed)

3. Payment Structure
A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% is required to secure the artwork.

The remaining balance is paid in agreed instalments over [4–12 weeks / 2–3 months].
Instalments must be paid on the agreed schedule.
Payment schedules will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

4. Artwork Reservation
The artwork will be marked as “Reserved” once the deposit is received.
The artwork remains the property of the Artist until full payment is received.
The artwork will not be shipped or released until the balance is paid in full.

5. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfer
Credit/debit card
Other approved platforms
Automatic instalment arrangements may be available upon request.

6. Late or Missed Payments
If an instalment is missed:
A reminder will be issued
A 7-day grace period may apply
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe:
The payment plan may be cancelled
The artwork may be relisted for sale
Payments made (excluding deposit) may be refunded at the Artist’s discretion
The deposit is non-refundable as it secures the artwork and removes it from sale.

7. Early Payment
Collectors may finalise payment early without penalty.

8. Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to cancel the payment plan:
The deposit is non-refundable
Any additional payments made may be refunded at the Artist’s discretion, minus
administrative costs

9. Cancellation by Artist
If the Artist cancels the payment plan:
All payments made, including deposit, will be refunded in full

10. Default
If communication ceases and payments are not received:
The payment plan will be considered defaulted
The artwork will be relisted
The deposit will be retained

11. Shipping
Shipping costs are payable either:
At the start of the payment plan, or
With the final instalment
The artwork will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared.

12. Agreement
By entering into a payment plan, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are
financially able to meet the agreed instalment schedule.
